Hello Im Stephanie :)
I am 16 years old & I am now a junior.
I used to be chubby during the ages of 8-12 but then after that i got into cross country and track and believe me it was hell going through all that running!
but it was so worth it!! I lost a tremendous amount of weight!!!
I kept it up and ate nothing but salads. I kept it up for a long time and i lost so much weight!!!!! I weighed 100lbs. I finally fit into size 1 jeans and it felt incredible!!!
Then the beginning of my sophomore year
I lost control. I stopped working out and running.
I ate fatty foods. I had no control. . I weighed 132 lbs. and was 5'6
I knew i was fat when my mother took me to the doctor and asked what was causing all this weight!
I knew right then and there that i was a fat ass.
I went back to running and starting eating healthier and i now weigh 123.
its improvement but i still wanna weight 100 lbs! I want to be able to have a flat tummy.
i want to be skinny. i want to have skinny legs. skinny nice looking theighs. I want my cheeks to flatten out as well. I want to fit into size "SMALL" shirts instead of "MEDIUM"
im considering eating nothing but celery and a small plate of salad from now on.
and running for an hour everyday.
